2 - Sweet Potatoe - Carrot Juice w/ cinnamon 500mls each
3 - Bottles of warm Lemon Ginger Water 500mls each

Cleanse and juice 'til Easter. Why again you ask? OMG, because discipline is the strength of life. As I master my health and weight, the discipline I use in this area will flow into every area of my life. 

And if you want anything in this life, you are going to have to embrace the process. I am talking to myself, however, feel free to 'think' I am talking to you.
