Starting Again with a Proven Plan

So, I really have not been working on the weight "thing" for a while. However,
I am eating healthier than I have in a long time.

So here is my current weight, posted with a virtual model depicting my current
weight and a model depicting my "goal" weight of 115 lbs (I figure if I plan 115, I will stop at 120 lbs.) Yea, me!
I am currently reading this great book, here is a quote I posted on my Fb page;
LOVE the following quote;
The next time you skip a workout because of some excuse, you’ll know why. That excuse was more important to you than the goal you set for yourself. You failed.

However, I have maintained my weight.

I have a unique opportunity to lose the 25 lbs. I will endeavor to
do better.

Update, ...Albeit A Little Early

Today, I start resistance training, so I will gain muscle
and lose fat and inches, yippee.

Since I have been practicing eating right for over a month,
I do not focus so much on food, just portions.

Great news! - I lost my holiday weight of 2.2 lbs (1Kg),
so now I am down to 151.6. My older sister has joined me. We are updating
each other weekly on eating habits, exercise, and weight loss.
