
Several months ago I posted a before and after of what I hoped to look like in several months. I started working out and was discouraged because I had not changed the old habits. So I decided to start again. Last week, I changed my diet and have purposed in my heart to follow my new goal to for 40 weeks.With a realistic goal my new role is to be self disciplined enough to carry it out.
