Day 10 Weigh In

Hi Yawl!

It's day 10! 

Okay recap, here is my weight at the beginning of the challenge January 2:

And here is my current weight:

I have a crazy goal of 107.8 lbs. 

Seems far fetched, but women lose muscle at a larger percentage than men,
So, I will gain back (maybe) five to ten pounds by June. 

In my next post, I will disclose my findings regarding muscle vs fat, 
juicing, and the importance of having a plan after the fast.
