Oops...

In the post on day 10, I said I would post my findings on 
weight loss and percentage of fat vs muscle.

I was not able to locate one article that I was really 
excited about ( you'd think I would have book marked it),
but I did find a close second:

I read many articles several months ago, before and
at the beginning of the journey. In an effort to educate myself, 
and to give me ammunition to fight me when/if at any time 
I would want to give up.
