Still excited, still losing. I had about two plateau days,
as I did not stay on track.
Posting wt loss on Fridays and on days, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30 and 33
(the last day).
Here is my current wt:
Next Friday, the number should be 120 or less.
There will be several challenges ahead.
1) working back up to solids
2) the boatload of clothes I have to get rid of (thank God
for used clothing stores)
3) being content at a size 4 - 6
4) not being vain about the change (hey, I am human)
Okay, I will be back on day 15.
