What Day Is It?

So, today is day 5, but I am going to move it back to 
day 4 to match the day of the month.

I will be posting my weight on Friday or Saturday of each week.

But quickly, I tried this awesome recipe today. 
Mmm...it's Carrot Apple and Celery


4 Carrots
1 Apple (green or red)
2 Ribs of Celery

Juice and enjoy.
